Why do I love my job?
I love seeing smiles on people's faces. Every day is different; I get to work with awesome
people and guide them through what is likely one of the largest purchases they will ever
make and one of the most stressful processes they will ever go thru. I get to negotiate
every day – it’s like a mental strategy game, where every move you make sets you up for
your next move down the line. And I love strategizing.

What do I like best about the Broward Real Estate Market?
The market is constantly changing. Getting ahead of what the market is going to do is
not always impossible. I like having my "thermometers" out there at all times. Gathering
numbers and stats allow me to have a wider vision of possible scenarios which helps
me counsel my clients better. NUMBERS NEVER LIE!!
What neighborhood do I live in? What makes it groovy?
I live in Laguna Isles. LOVE it!... a small and tight community. Neighbors are courteous and
helpful to each other. Very family-oriented.
When I’m not working, you can find me….
You can find me on my Peloton! I love spinning!... when not there, you can find me by
the pool or having a run around my community!... Maybe reading if it is cool enough
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Our Brand. Our Team. I started as a Buyer's agent 18 years ago with The Chenore Group
and now I am a partner. Building this team has been hard work but it is certainly
VERY MUCH rewarding!
The kind of Clients I tend to work with…
I work with a wide array of clients, from first time home buyers getting their feet wet into
the market... move-up buyers looking for more space, downsizers or empty-nesters,
investors, sellers in general...I guess you can say I am just happy to get to know a new
client and help them realize their goals :)
What Neighborhoods do I often work in?
Anywhere in Broward, I consider it my turf. I travel to Miami and Palm Beach for special
requests....actually...I was just in Tampa today closing a previous client!
What type of properties do I love selling?
I don't like to see people settling for a home. So I guess I love selling houses that are
loved by the people buying it!

Buying a home is stressful and challenging nowadays. I know the market and know-how
to guide you thru the process in a seemingly way.
