Why do I love my job?
It is great to spend your day doing something you enjoy and I enjoy helping people reach
their goals and solve their problems. Usually, when a family is looking to buy or sell their
home, it is related to a life milestone. To be able to be a part of their life milestone is
quite rewarding.

What do I like best about the Broward Real Estate Market?
It is very diverse. Everyone has a place here. Everyone fits in.
What neighborhood do I live in? What makes it groovy?
Embassy Lakes in Cooper City. Cooper City has been a great place to raise a family.
Fantastic schools. Fantastic parks and recreation opportunities. A great relationship
with the local fire and police. Embassy Lakes is filled with so many people out walking,
running, biking, or taking their dogs for a walk.
When I’m not working, you can find me….
Working in my garden, building model trains, acting in community plays, and out feeding
the homeless. Oh yes, and playing with my grandchildren.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
My family, by far! My wife and I have raised three great kids, who are all now with their
own families.
